General soreness and bit of knee strain was the focus and PMF continues to impress how immediate the basic soreness is improved and decreased the time for strains to heal. Red light and green light as well and I've been monitoring for help with my migraines with green light and can at least say I have seen a decrease in frequency of and usual symptoms that accompany at beginning stage of migraines I get.

After being diagnosed with two autoimmune diseases, I struggled for years with severe muscle and joint pain, stiffness, shortness of breath and limited mobility. I honestly felt like I had lost so much of my life.
